Maxwell Crossing is a venue and catering service that sets itself apart from other experiences, combining all the elements to make your event special under one roof... or if you prefer, under another roof. Our unique combination of brewery, restaurant, cocktail service and tap room gives us the ability to provide distinctive events for up to 100 people in a beautifully restored rustic space in Uptown Greenwood. Need to feed more people for your event? Our team can also provide off site catering at the venue of your choosing.

Amber Taylor

Amber Taylor is an accomplished event coordinator with over 20 years in the hospitality industry. Starting her career in culinary school in Denver, she worked in kitchens and managed restaurants throughout the metro area. Later, she owned a successful personal chef and catering company. Now at Maxwell Crossing, Amber brings her extensive experience and creative vision to every event, from intimate baby showers to corporate meetings and elegant weddings. Known for her warm and outgoing personality, she makes clients feel valued and transforms their visions into memorable occasions.
Joe Gibson
Head Chef
Chef Joe is the man behind the cuisine at both Maxwell Crossing and Good Times Brewing. With over 20 years culinary experience, from personalized caterings to Executive Chef at Capital Grille, he brings a Philly flair to the kitchen and enjoys connecting with guests. Joe has been the recipient of several accolades throughout his career, among them winning Iron Chef Philadelphia in 2019. Come hang out with Chef and let him take your event to the next level.

Tom brings a wealth of knowledge, creativity, and detail orientation to our events. With a lifetime of experience as a maitre'd in top tier luxury establishments around the world, Tom has a sagacious perception of the client's needs. His understanding that service and presentation are intimately connected provides our clients with a new standard for the crafting your event experience.
